  7:45 two dairy and gluten free crumpets, almond butter and strawberries Neck little splotchy  12:30 school packed lunch- ham sandwich, red jelly, fruit and crisp- told me neck was fine  3:15  Dairy, gluten and nut free chocolate lolly. Neck turned red and dry. (Very odd) 6:30 homemade shepherds pie, broccoli and roast carrots, arms got itchy and bit red, neck turned light red  Wondering what trigger was.. Gravy? Onion? Olive oil on carrots? M&S blackberry and Apple crumble with custard for pudding 

Tuesday 26/4/22

  Neck pretty clear on wake-up  8:30 Two free from pancakes (no gluten no milk) Little bit of organic honey 9:00 seems to have gone bit red and dry.  12:00 Wrap with ham and dairy free spreadable  Cucumber hummus  Tic tac  6:00pm Carrots Vegan pesto and animal pasta  SATURDAY 8am Coco pops dry and water 11:30 half rice crispie bar  12:30 almond butter sandwich  Little red splotchy  3:00 chocolate chip cookie  Neck fine - just light redness under skin from earlier  16:30 Half rice crispie bar  5:45 right arm super red in bath. Neck dry and darker but not red 6:30 Jacket potato with salad cream Pasta with vegan pesto Cucumber Lettuce  Scampi  Salami Half boiled egg white  SUNDAY 7am Cornflakes and rice crispies 2 sainsburys scotch pancake Dry skin but not red  10:30 have rice crispie treat  Veggie crisp sticks 13:20 Roast chicken Roast potatoes Carrots Tiny gravy and English mustard Green beans Apple crumble  18:00 Vegan pesto with pasta One slice of pizza  Cucumber and hummus  Monday: 7

  7:15 free from pancake with dairy free spreadable and cinnamon/sugar 12:30 packed lunch at school:  Wheat wrap with dairy free spreadable, ham and cucumber  Grapes Hula hoops  Coconut chocolate pot (dairy free) Neck dry but not red 3:15 blackcurrant yoyo, free from chocolate chip cookies  Neck clear 6:15 mac and cheese, baked chicken, cucumber

  8am dry Coco pops and water to drink 11:30 half rice crispie bar  12:30 almond butter sandwich  Little red splotchy  3:00 chocolate chip cookie  Neck fine - just light redness under skin from earlier  16:30 Half rice crispie bar  5:45 right arm super red in bath. Neck dry and darker skin tone but not red 6:30 Jacket potato with salad cream Pasta with vegan pesto Cucumber Lettuce  Scampi  Salami Half boiled egg white  (Hodge podge dinner at granny’s)
